The nighthawk is what the Willis was 3 years ago. A Gladiator with dana 44s without a lock diff. However, it has tru-lok. You kinda of get a locking diff.

Looks like 45 inches between wheel wells. So flip the pallet. Fits perfect .

Nighthawk comes with the wide dana 44s. Max tow is not an option. Standard tow is. I got that one
