Any snow-location folks with aftermarket grille inserts having issues with snow or slush building-up on the insert, blocking airflow to the engine?

Since you are from Wisconsin, and have the grille insert, does snow build-up on the insert and impede air flow to the engine? Either from falling snow, or from flung slush. Thinking about it, though, the increased airflow is desired for improved cooling when towing ... so it shouldn’t matter if...
