  1. Bourbon Talk... too.

Try Russel’s Reserve and Bulleit as additions to your everyday choices. Like Knob Creek as my now ā€˜n then and JD & Makers Mark as sippin’ hooch! JD is a fun place to visit, but Makers Mark is by far the more historical / beautiful site to visit on the bourbon trail. It’s always fun to visit...
  2. What do YOU do to make your Gladiator last forever.

Wash it regularly - especially after salt exposures; keep it garaged when not in use; service by the book, including radiator drain and flush every 3 years. I also keep Decon mouse killer in the garage. When we moved my JKU had to sit out while we on loaded boxes in the garage. A squirrel...
  3. All over the highway while hauling a load of parts

Towed a 3,400+ pound trailer 625+ miles home with a stock 2020 Overland (late August build). Equalizer sway/controller hitch, tow package, & MOPAR brake controller. No problems whatsoever - first time out, 60-65 mph with moderate winds.
  4. Is the Mopar Trailer Brake Controller Available as an Option From The Factory on MY 2021?

Had it installed. Works fine. Only problem is it replaces the cigarette plug, which I needed for a backup camera screen. A USB to cigarette adapter is on its way from Amazon.
  5. Can a gladiator haul a whole sheet of plywood?

Tailgate at half staff, 2ā€x6ā€ in slots nearest the wheel wells, rest the plywood on the wheel wells.
  6. Got rear-ended. Time for a bumper upgrade?—PLOT THICKENS!—

My 17 JKU got hit 16 hours afterI bought it. $23,000 damage , new frame, 11 weeks in the repair shop. The dealer was able to give documents to verify the diminished value. Traded the JK this Sept for my Overland.
  7. I Took a test drive, and have some questions

I traded my 17 JKU Sahara for an Overland a month ago. At 6’ tall I can’t tell any appreciable difference between the two for seating. I love the additional flexibility the bed & towing capacity provided by the JT. When you test drive a JT, park the it in your garage - the lenght is very...
  8. Why do owners never take doors/tops off or go off-road?

There may not be a snorkel poking above 6’ of water; a body encased in MO’s red clay; or deep scars from crawling up rock mountain. There are fishing, camping, and kayaking adventures with my grandson. The Glad May not go far off-road, but I do - and smile every time I go there in the beast.
  9. Buying a gladiator in two weeks, still cant decide on the trim package ... Thoughts?

I replaced my 17 JKU with a JT Three weeks ago. Test drove an Overland & a Mojave. They handle very differently. I ended up with the Overland. So glad I tested both before I bought and after 2,500 miles know I made the right choice. Drive several before choosing.
