Whats your opinion of the tires now that you've driven on the tires for a few months? I'm going between the Recon or Wildpeaks. Need to get the Kenda Klever off. Alignment is good but the Kendas have worn unevenly.
Yes. Installed the Mopar one yesterday. Followed Quadratec video and was able to key lock to my JT key. I've wanted one for some time. Another barrier to stop someone from putting anything into my gas and siphon out. Sure they can drill a hole but that's a bit noisier than siphoning and I'd...
I see you cut the back panel you installed. Were you having issues with cabin pressure? Or just access for wiring? The storage box looks to be a good size. Before finding your post I had started building a platform out of wood and plywood, but now I think I'm going to switch to the aluminum...
Appreciate the time and detail of the post. I had watched a video on YT where the two guys removed the whole seat. I found this process more useful and easier for me to remove the two sections separately. Now on to the threads on building a platform.
Guy on Gladiator FB group who is looking to trade a nonpainted hard top for premium soft. Not sure distance between his location in FL and you. I commented with your post so hopefully he'll comment here.
Had to remove panel on tailgate to access plug for power lock. At some point over past 2 weeks the plug popped out and I lost ability to lock and unlock tailgate with key FOB or toggles. When I opened the panel I found a detached plug. After plugging back in the power the tailgate now has power...
Got the white knuckle off road passenger side rock slider installed. Waiting on package from John at White Knuckle to finish drivers side. Once all complete I'll make a post and share some issues I had. I choose to paint the full dimple top plate. May end up painting it black. Seems like a bit...
Love the Kenda Klever RTs but they sure do like to hold rocks and then throw them at Jeep when I'm back on tar.. Installed some Rokblokz to reduce the chance of dinging the side of Jeep
It really depends on what you plan to do with top. I intend on mounting a tent so the cover needs to hold over 400 pounds . If you don't plan on carrying anything over 400 pounds on cover then do the SE. As for shims, definitely needed or you run risk of crushing caps or at least deformity them...
Don't have the Rancho front diff skid. I've installed the Rusty's LCA skids and Rock Hard LCA/shock mount skids. No issues with the Rock Hard skids, but did have to enlarge a hole on the Rusty's skids. Now I'm fighting with the Artec oil pan skid.
2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I Installed some Artec Industries skids and am experiencing rattling between the exhaust and oil pan skid. The exhaust pipe touches the skid on both sides of the skid and the bottom of skid on passenger side where it exits skid. I couldn't find install suggestions...
Thanks for the post. When I typed my response I was pissed at Oracle for their QC. I thought I had deleted it before anyone replied because I knew the reason (exactly what you posted).
