I know. I wasn't willing to sacrifice it for a shorter wait time. There was a delay in November for them which is why it took so long for me to get to D1. Should be moving along now though.

I'm also in MD (ordered from Heritage in Parkville on 11/9) and I'm still in D1. Sport S with 8.4" , cold weather, safety, premium soft top, regular tow package, aux switches, and I think that's it.

Not that weird. I ordered on 11/9 and it took me almost a month to get to D1. I'm still in D1 now. It all depends on what you order.

It has 0 to do with credit. My credit wasn't even checked for my order.

Mine was $2000. I think it depends on the packages you order too and whether or not a dealer thinks they can sell it easily if you back out.

Mine too actually. I bought my only other brand new car (a Dodge Neon) for my 18th birthday. I figured since I'll be 40 in April I'd buy myself something new. I've had cars in between, but they've always been a few years old, but that's because I like M3's and can't afford a brand new one.

It took me almost a month just to get to D1.

I checked today and they said it was in D1 and all parts have arrived. I think you and I both had a slight delay for the 8.4" screens and now it's moving fast.

Did you order the 8.4"? That seems to be the hold up for a lot of us.

I ordered 11/9 and I'm still stuck in D. I did order the 8.4" screen though which I was told caused a slight delay.

You can typically get down to 5-6% below invoice on new builds.

It's not on the sheet yet, but just add the tech package and the premium sound package. Then just mentally add $400 on top of that total.

My dealer told me it happens all the time to him. I was stuck in C and he told me he's had a bunch just go from C to delivered.

When did you order? I have a Sport with the 8.4 ordered on 11/9 (no bedliner though) and I just got my VIN from the dealer yesterday morning. He said there was a delay earlier in the month with the 8.4" screens. That's what his liaison to the factory told him.

I just got out of C status after 17 days. I'm in D now. Dealer told me there was a slight delay with the 8.4" screens. He also said he's actually had a few that never had status updates. They would go from D to being totally complete without any updates.

Jeep Chat told me last week that I was in C so I'm assuming there is at least a record of it out there. I just asked my dealer as well. It was a Sport S with a tech, premium audio with 8.4, safety, and cold weather packages.

T Thanks for that info. I thought it was a great price for only $400 more. I ordered on Nov 9th so I should be fine shouldn't I? Last week I was still in C status, but the order was placed.
