I enjoy it so far. No discernable noise, and you have to contend with Frost in the back. No big deal. Still didn't have a solution for the front window flap, but it hasn't been a problem really. Another member posted about removing front trail rail and reattaching, but I don't want to have to do...
I felt the same way at first, but then decided I like this better. Harder to see inside, no need to remove windows in order to fold down, easier to keep looking clean. Also, the blind spot isn't that bad. You can still see from the rear side windows
It does fit well. I didnt have issues really, except that i think it was a little cold when i put it on. I had to tighten the straps pretty tight to get the buttons to snap on the cab side. Also, it seems like the front window piece that is supposed to snap into the bed id blocked by the front...
I'll take some interior photos soon. They did send the right clamps. However, the front window doesn't seem to be long enough to go over the front rail. Looks like it can still be attached above the rail with some slack.
I thought about waiting for bestop as well, but didn't trust their...
Need to straighten a few things out. I'm also having an issue with the front trail trail being in the way of where the front window would attack to the bed
any estimate on when youll have it delivered?
i'm trying to decide if i want to try and make a bestop supertop for truck work instead of the softopper. thinking one for the colorado might fit well enough.
So, with bestop not coming out with a soft top bed cover anytime soon. And Softopper releasing theirs...it looks like I have a choice to make.
Is it just me or does the supertop for truck 2.0 look to be a little better quality than the softopper...
