Well, I've extended the offer to many, might as well add yourself to that list. Take the journey up here. If you PM me beforehand, I will do my damnedest to help you as much as I can along with way. I know for a fact, that it is a 5 day journey from North Louisiana on I-20 to Anchorage. From...
  4. Day 1: dont have a name for it yet. Taking recommendations.

This is my Jeep. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My Jeep and I are one. We ride together, we fly together, we break together. I will care for my Jeep, as it cares for me. I will improve my Jeep as it needs improvement. This is my Jeep. There are many like it, but this one is Mine.

  8. A little bling for the new Mojave X

The only problem Ive had with the knobs is heat expansion. Up here in Alaska, on a cold day, the knob itself shrinks away from the orange covers. So, when i go to switch on my headlights, the damn metal knob spins free. Not a dealbreaker, and something I've come to live with. Yet another quirk...

  10. aFe has a snorkel for the Mojave

This terrible truth must be spread. Tell your friends! Tell the world. But not very loudly or the men in white coats will come. Jest aside, thank god. Ive been looking for any solution where I didnt have to cut through my hood, or 3d print bits for proper fit. This will do wonderfully. Take...
  11. Day 1: dont have a name for it yet. Taking recommendations.

I didn't even name mine. Some random older guy with a "I've been living in the Alaskan Bush for 30 years and wow this town got big" beard saw me as I was driving off the lot. He complemented me on my new Jeep, pointed out his ancient reclaimed Postal Service Scrambler, and said, "...that grey...
  12. HOOD SWAP 392, Mojave or rubicon

I had the biggest smile on my face when my mechanic popped the hood for the first time and went, "Oh, thank God...". Struts for the win.
  13. HOOD SWAP 392, Mojave or rubicon

And a Mojave or 392 hood has different sized cowl pieces, plus a lot more weight. Adjust fire accordingly.
  14. Warranty claims and the drama that follows...

@JeepCares. Now would be a good time to step in for this man.
  15. Door seals

Once you receive the whole kit, and finish trimming up all the doors and such, you still have nearly half a roll of the weatherstripping. This is to allow for over-time replacements if needed and also to go around the edge of the freedom panels. There are visual and video instruction for both of...
