I've only owned soft top Jeep's. YJ and JKU, both had no problem keeping up with cold weather here in Colorado. Granted it wasn't -30°. Occasionally I couldn't get the rear window back in during cold snaps and i was ok driving to work in the 20s.

I'm not sure what price people are using but I assume the sport 2 door model if were calling a $5995 difference. It doesn't seem to make sense to compare the JT to the 2 door wrangler. The unlimited starts at $31,500 ish, making the guess a $2500 bump.

I would really like sting grey but not sure I want to wait . Will probably end up with red or white .

Owned a 95 YJ and 2007 JKU, sold the JK after having a couple kids and getting my masters. Just didn't have the time to use it what I built it for. Now that the kids are older can finally get back to doing some 4 wheeling and camping .

Sport S with 7" radio, heated seats, possibly tow - MSRP at around $40k hopefully purchasing for less then $40k. If I cant hit that price point would likely go with JL, Tacoma, or ranger.

My thinking is that it is to spread out demand. Put some of the colors that get large numbers of orders as late availability and people will either wait or get a different color. Perhaps this helps spread production numbers and sales across the year. Either way seems like they'd sell a ton.

Ya, I should have been more clear. I'm most likely going with the Sport S so was hoping to grab someone's JLU take offs, and then grab some aftermarket for the truck bed portion . Just thought it would be helpful if the JL fit because it's been out longer.

Does anyone know if the JLU stock Rock sliders will fit the JT? Also Hoping that someone comes up with a cost effective slider for the truck bed. Had a JK on 35s never really used the Rock sliders too much but would drag my bumper in Moab when dropping off ledges and whatnot. That extra length...

I'm hoping to get the Sport S with a few options, hopefully the price comes in at something reasonable. Would like a rubi but can't bring myself to drop that kind of money on a vehicle.
