Since this got revived ill chime in, I am sure you have seen the decked system but when not storing tools, camping gear, clothing and other odds and ends it handles groceries quite well!

Sorry for the massive delay - life. But yes I can say with a confident yes! This is a 27.5 but an XL frame. Dropper collapsed. Decked is about a foot of depth and the sliding Leitner load bar is only a few inches from clearing. Your setup should be just fine!!
I will take some measurements/pics later today. One hiccup - I have the decked system too, so the bed depth is reduced. The sliding load bar on the Leitner rack makes it extremely versatile though:
I have the ACS forged with a hardtop so as a last resort we can figure it out together based on dimensions and pictures. I ride too but use a hitch mount. The ACS forged is about 4-5inches from the back window of the hardtop as I recall. I have no experience with the soft top folding envelope...
I have thought about possibly sliding some Tonneau cover style snaps into the extrusions and making a bikini top or even full top for it when full coverage is desired... but focusing on other things first too many ideas not enough time...

The Frame-Built Bumper (FB-JL-2401) would have looked fantastic on top of Engineer Pass last weekend and even better in Moab next week! Configured with the center roller & skid plate! Love that that the design reuses the OEM fog lights!
