I have been driving loaner Gladiator for a month and can tell you that if your not getting 18 - 21 mph highway the engine is not performing correctly. The loaner is getting the correct mileage and is responsive. My other Gladiators had terrible mpg and no acceleration.

I am on three months in shop original Gladiator and replacement after first buyback. The bud dates on mine were Dec 2019 and Jan 2020 me ESS starts when backing down driveway then escalated to CEL and misfires and terrible mileage. Asking for another buyback.

Interesting I was slowly backing out of driveway when ESS light activated. Check your average mpg mine was 14 with no power and obvious misfires.

Bad News ... had software update last Monday. Today at 200 miles ESS and Check engine light. I have only put 36 miles on this truck! I am done!!!!

Dealership called and said Star Tech was coming to dealership Monday to install new software. Phasers were replaced on Tuesday.
