Brackets and bolts included? Ship to LA?

So glad I saw this post. Ordered my 35" KO2s and been trying to decide on a lift. This was at the top of my list and those pics just confirmed my decision! Nice lookin JT! :like:

Lookin good! I'm thinkin of doin the same thing. Are those 35s? Considering changing the control arms or getting an adjustable track bar? I've heard that 2" is kinda the threshold for the need for a trackbar but seems like control arms should be put on to maintain geometry.
