Aside from the axles (switching those out), everything else is “just stuff” as explained and can be stripped off in an afternoon and leave it as a rockcrawler lol. I dont know if this is my final iteration but it will just evolve. I retire in about 10 months and this thing will be going to the...
Theres a Decked System in their too. So, your suffering from analysis paralysis? Dont. I did the same and I had to just chill. Im on D60’s with 39’s. The thing weighs a ton, I love it and just got back from Massachusetts to Wyoming trip and had a blast.
21 Rubicon with Alpine Premium. I ditched the sub to put in goosegear rear seat delete. So I put JL 10” powered sub under goosegear. Soundbar was replaced with Alpine 6x9’s made for soundbar. Replaced dash speakers (top and bottom) with higher end kicker stuff/1” tweets up top from trail seven...
2021 Rubicon, Clayton 3.5 inch lift, Fusion D60 axles with 5.13’s, BFG 39’s and 5.5 caster. At 60 to 65 miles an hour “little” vibration (more a sound than a feeling) and ive gone through it a dozen times. Caster, pinion angles etc. all is in spec. So, if you figure it out I would love to know...
My truck has RTT, SmartCap and Decked. Was running Clayton 3.5 overland plus lift on standard springs. Converted to Clayton 3.5 HD, no change in ride and zero sag.
My biggest issue is it squats under power now that I'm running 5.13’s. If I punch it itll lighten up the front end
Leaning toward 500-550 static…i have the smartcap internal bin as well for the driverside. Redarc set up with 300ah lithium in bed too. Fridge and that kinda crap is in the rear on top of goose gear set up. Truck is literally heavy as shit but sits square, never sagging and corners well. Clayton...

I ended up removing the single wire from the exterior switch and went back through the cowl to the Garmin Switch setup. I fire it up through my GPS on dash.
As far as Syclone, they have a video online that suggests using HVAC tape that I picked up at Home Depot (2” wide 1/8” thick) and slide it...
So my experience has been this; bought the JTR 3.6 Auto with 35” Ridge Grapplers and didnt know any better. Switched to BFG KM3 37’s (35.8 for the Tazer) and didnt really feel like I had an issue but again 37’s running small. Now Im running 39” BFG KM3 (37.75 for tazer with speedo barely off 1...
Thats insane. Sidenote: I adjusted the uppers and added 2 degrees of separation. Just took it for a test spin and it would seem the issue is no more. But time will tell.
Installed Fusion 4x4 D60 rear end with 5.13’s 2 weeks ago and Adams 1 piece 1350 driveshaft came in this week and its installed. Been going easy on it to break it in, 150 miles now. Hit the highway today, first time of 60 mph and getting a low frequency drone when on the gas, and its goes away...
1) I have a take home car for work so it typically only gets driven on the weekends.
2) This past week, the after dinner drives has been around 30 miles around town per drive just to do a break in for the gears
3) Its been around 75-80 degrees this week.
Never noticed it until the RTT was...

Set up is;
Suspension was Clayton 3.5...
