  1. Anyone go with more narrow 35” tires?

Additionally, for me, I have built the "Apocalypse Overland" with the requisite armor and onboard goodies, so weight is always an issue.
  2. Anyone go with more narrow 35” tires?

Get home from deployment in under three weeks and will have the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W in 35x11.5-17s installed (replacing stock WP 285/70) that are waiting at Discount Tire. Was toying with the 315x70 (12.5") but ultimately went with the 11.5 for weight and rolling resistance reduction due to...

Yours makes me think "super clean install."
  4. 🏈 Score Big with ORACLE Lighting: 20% Off Tail Lights & Racetrack for the Big Game! 🏆

Will there be a March Madness NCAA Tournament discount coming? 🙏🏼🥺🏀
  5. ORACLE Lighting adds TINTED version to Flush Mount Taillight Series

Thank you. Will complete the order on or about 24 March (in my basket now) so it arrives after I return from deployment. Looking forward to installing these AND the bumper mounted reverse lights.

Now also looking at the Oracle low profile wrap around tinted (smoked) tail lights. This is going to get expensive!
  7. ORACLE Lighting adds TINTED version to Flush Mount Taillight Series

I really like the design and I may have to do this if, god forbid, I "accidentally" bump my stockLED taillights into "something" in the mall parking lot.

A bit of a haul from my location (8+ hours door to door).

I love it. No deformation issues and the snorkel itself is one formed injection molded (like the Safari on my Tacoma but without a removable/replaceable intake, but that adds to its aesthetics). The built in drain hole at the base of the snorkel has a plug you can put in for deep crossings. I...

Get it right! The VIC20!! Maybe we need the tape external drive too?!

In Florida, namely Volusia County that had huge losses due to hurricane Helena, insurers are only doing liability now. Luckily I live across the line in Flagler County where I could also get collision.

Switched to Progressive when my USAA went up $700 for no reason (no accidents or tickets).

Guess I will have to check with my insurance company. I don't want to know how much a Corning Gorilla Glass windshield costs.

Florida and Maine are two good weather testing sites with intense thunderstorm and wind activity. I was able to keep the Tacoma bed pretty dry. I used butyl tape as caulking which never leaked or dried up. I will be doing the same to the Jeep Smartcap.

    Better, natural camouflage.
  18. 35s and No Lift Thread

Looks great! I am home from deployment in a month and will be swapping my stock 33s A/T3Ws for 35x11.5-17 A/T4Ws on my 8.5" +18mm offset/5.511" backspacing black KMC Dirty Harrys. I had the same stock wheels on my RubiX but wanted a bit wider wheel (1"), but the stocks look just as cool on...

This is why I support Til Valhalla Project (https://tilvalhallaproject.com/) and, locally, Operation Ray of Light (https://operationrayoflight.com/) in the community around Sebago Lake in Maine. I also am part organizer of the annual Lt. Scott Milley Ranger Foundation’s Frye Island Adventure...
