Makes one wonder how TT drivers can even stand to drive with a fully loaded truck. Imagine only 650 HP and 1,500 lbs torque, with a light 40,000 lb empty TT up to 80,000 lbs loaded. Think about mountain passes. Weight to HP and torque are not even on my radar with my Pentastar JTR. Never...
But the engineers already went off limits with the Mojave then. What's stopping them from offering something like that on diesel models? A hood supposedly designed for more efficient cooling.
Some folks claim the Mojave hood is designed so, so it will be able to cool the 392 when released at some date. Why not have diesel versions have a Mojave hood and a working hood scoop.
The backup camera is most likely better than the ones used to dock the old early space shuttles to the space stations. So it is useful. Real time. If you don't hit what ever your backing to in the camera, your not hitting it. Directly in back I mean. It is better than a rear view mirror...
Of all my mods... that Clear Lidz is my favorite. Jeep should offer something like it stock. As if they have trouble selling them now, that would sell them even more. Best $1000 or so spent. Yeah it's expensive, but I enjoy the hell out of it.
Black Rhino wheels - $750
35" BFG's- $750
Steel winch ready front bumper-$900
Upgraded rock rails and bed rails-$500
After market rear "Reaper" bumper-$700
Clear Lidz Freedom Panel replacement-$1200
Falcon steering stabilizer-$250
MOPAR hard tonneau-$850
Interior stuff... like grab handles...
Another for spray in, plus a rubber mat if impacts are a concern. Had hard liners... sucks that they are so damned slippery and do tend to chafe the paint under. And yeah, it is surprising how much can get lost in any cut outs they may have. I had a mat in my last drop in, a few years back...
I got a great deal on my 2015 Colorado Z71 as trade in. Significantly more than I could have guessed. I then got an even better deal on a 2020 JTR with 10,000 miles. So I too am in the Gladiator club due to great trade ins on pickup trucks.
I personally would have no problem letting JEEP use the photo. If you are a professional photographer and that's how you make a living, that's another story. Then you can use it to your advantage. Your photo is in a worldwide JEEP ad. Unless you are in a Witness Protection Program and the...
Reading this thread is exactly why I am hesitant to regear my '20 JTR AT. My OCD, and other anal attributes would get the best of me. Especially because everything is good now.
I have run a couple moderate trails, driving over stumps and rocks. Disconnected. I did not notice rub or see any signs of it in fenders or parts in there. If it does rub, it is mild. I have not had the opportunity or even tried a full flex, so I don't know if it would rub then.
Hi all.
I currently have 35" BFG T/A. Tires on a 2020 JTR. Stock, no lift. Looks nice. But I do wish for a little more height. Would a 2" lift like a MOPAR lift be noticeable, or is that only noticeable on Sports and Overlands?
I am happy with handling and fuel mileage as is. I am happy...
Your observations and explanations of HP per cu inch historically are what I always tried to explain. Not as well as you. You are right. We all always want more. That 3.6 Pentstar engine is what most any enthusiasts would love back in 70's 80's 90's and 2000's. It ain't a slouch. But when...
