  1. Roll up tonneau cover....Does it lock?

Mine is MOPAR and as long as the tailgate is locked, the cover is locked. One can break in, but it would bend or break the cover on mine, then need to replace it. I can’t imagine mine is the only one like that.
  2. What’s your Average MPG?

19.9 mpg, 26 mile round trip to work and back. 45 mph most of time and a few miles of 65 mph. 6 sets of traffic lights, auto shut down at lights. Going upta camp on highway? 22 mpg, 70mph on cruise control. This with A/T 35 x 12.5 x 17 BFG KO2, stock lift and hard MOPAR tri fold tonneau if...
  3. Bed cover weatherproof?

I know we are discussing roll ups. Just wanted to mention my MOPAR tri-fold hard cover is very leak proof. It resists the stream from pressure washing. Heavy rain on highway and the like. My only grip is when it ices. I have to break the cover away from the tail gate with a flat edge (flat...
  4. Why did you choose a Gladiator?

My ‘97 HD Softail will always be there, in the garage maybe. But I may get back into the bike riding mood one day. I still stare, but also wishing I kept my ‘84 Softail, chain drive, kickstart and all. That was one of a kind to me, we put 200,000 miles on that ole girl.
  5. Why did you choose a Gladiator?

The option of no top, doors and windscreen down is what lured me, then the awesome looks with large tires. Took awhile to find the perfect match, but it just kinda fell in my lap. So strange, but in a great way. Keep up the hunt, that was half the fun.
  6. Why did you choose a Gladiator?

My story. Truthfully I was never that Jeep Kinda guy. I had friends and family who were. I was always caught up in the Harley biking scene. Get that Softail as low as I could go. Stretch out forward to a set of straight drag bars. My feet forward, more so than my hands. Looked like I was...
  7. Well....my kid bought a Taco

It would be boring if all our vehicles were the same make and model. If your happy with what you ride, that’s awesome. I was always happy with my 2015 Z71 Colorado, till I saw a lifted JT Sport S with 37” tires for the first time. Now 8 months later I have a lightly used 2020 JTR with 35”...
  8. 2020 Gladiator Demon Sells On Barrett Jackson $185,000

Looks very nice, $198,000 nice? Even if I had that type of cabbage I would not spend it on the that. 1/2 of that perhaps. But I understand that even just suspension, drivetrain, engine mods and paint do add up.
  9. How are you going to use your JT?

Using mine as with any other pick up truck and daily commuter plus use it as a toy. With the total naked capability I will most likely be enjoying it more than my bike. That’s saying a lot too, been riding a HD Softail since 1990. Hit some some trails and muddy dirt roads. Stuff that was a...
  10. How are you going to use your JT?

BFG 35x12.5 17 fits in my spares space, close to an inch all around to “spare”. Pardon the pun.
  11. Red antennas?

I just read on here, a guy slipped black shrink wrap over his silver antenna. He loves the look with no loss of reception noted. That shrink wrap is available in many color options. Thought it a great idea.
  12. Death Wobble is back....

Thanks, I watched that video. I haven’t experienced that Death Wobble in any 4 wheel vehicle I guess. Hopefully never will.
  13. Death Wobble is back....

I have a 2020 JTR, 11,200 miles, 35” BFG KO2, Falcon adjustable stabilizer, no lift and stock suspension. That said... The truck drives as well as my 2015 Z71 Colorado did, with the exception of 49 through 59 mph. A slight bouncy feel in the front end. It goes away totally under 49 mph and...
