An update: So the dealer diagnostic was useless as expected, took three days for them to say they "cant recreate the problem, and that nothing is wrong". It rattled on the way out of the parking lot. Does anyone know some specific items I could ask them to check? Cam timing, or knock sensors...

Has anyone 'imported' a RHD model to the US? Can we order RHD models? My grandpa used to have a RHD for his rural mail route back in the day. I always liked driving that thing, just because it was different. Call me a sucker for being willing to exchange money for nostalgia.
