Just hit 63K miles on my 2022 JTRD, and overall, the rig has been flawless—no issues aside from the fuel pump recall and a recent battery change, which is expected at this stage. I absolutely love this thing!
Recently, I noticed a small axle seal leak, so I took the Jeep to the dealer. Turns...
LOL, gotta love the gas guys chiming in on a re-gear thread in the 3.0 diesel section—"Oh, I didn't know it was a diesel."
Just hit 63K miles on my ’22 JTRD. Lifted it at 3K miles, originally on 38s, now running 37s. Still on stock gearing, but I do have a Pedal Monster. I live in Denver, so...
Clayton's diesel lift kits feature exceptionally high spring rates, which result in a noticeably harsh ride. No off-the-shelf shock is designed to effectively handle such stiff springs, and you'll find plenty of discussions online confirming how rough they can be.

It depends on the fuel you get, according to supplemental booklet, if I remember correctly.
I’m in Denver, I’m told that we get a bit better diesel as compared to other parts of the country.

Given the results they posted, assuming that a single dose was used for the test, a performance dose...
I've experienced exactly that with my JTRD running a clayton overland lift kit paired with the Fox Performance Elite 2.5s. I've upgraded my steering & stabilizer, added rancho geo brackets and just recently even replaced the balljoints with TF HD set of uppers and lowers and I was still getting...
I added a set of Rancho brackets to my rig with the clayton 3.5 diesel lift kit, really helped the on-road manner. Wheeled plenty in Moab and Colorado, never an issue!
Thanks for chiming in. If you don't mind me asking, did the 4" Synergy springs give you a similar amount of lift as the Clayton 3.5" ? (presuming you have a diesel as well)
I have a 2022 JTRD equipped with a Clayton 3.5" lift kit paired with Fox Performance Elite 2.5 shocks. The Jeep is outfitted with several weight-adding accessories, including a steel front bumper, a winch with a synthetic line, rockhard sliders, an Alu-Cab canopy, and an ARB Elements fridge...
