The disclosure on the 6000lbs is "when properly equipped", so, that probably means equipped with the tow package. Gotta love how vague they make things, right? Put the best possible numbers up with a bunch of asterisks... pretty slimy IMO.
This was the info I was going off of.. image from a user manual floating around the Interwebs. Might be outdated though, I don't know the model year this came from, but I don't know what, if anything, would have changed.
It's maybe a bit more than that. It does add wide axles, LSD and 20" wheels with matching tuned suspension, which probably constitutes more than a sticker... also, it has no stickers.
Outside of that stuff, it's kind of... almost a Sport S with the exterior accents of a WIllys and a forced...
Mine came with the standard tow package. In addition to the receiver, it came with aux switches and the same alternator/cooling as the max tow package. I think just the gears and springs are the only thing that separates a nighthawk with the standard tow package from a max tow package on a...
20" wheels and a painted hard top, but a plastic steering wheel, go figure, right?
I don't have any direct experience with a wheel swap, but for many other optional features like this throughout these Jeeps, there will be unused pins in the vehicle side wire harness plug... So your heated wheel...
I'm thinking it was a good call that I upgraded to the knockoff Mopar steel bumper. Glad to see some real world deer testing in action. Hopefully my Chinesium is the same stuff as the factory.

Something like this could work for a timer, it says the timeout range is between seconds and days. No experience with it, but it might lead you in the right direction.
This deal makes me wanna cry a little...

37k for a '24 Willys.. What a bargain. I got my first JL from this dealer, it was out of state, but they were easy to work with.
Trickle charger/battery maintainer could work too if you're not driving daily. There are some (admittedly expensive) solar panels to trickle charge that mount to your hood if you're parked outside and unable to run ext cord to your charger (parked on street?).
Timer could work if you're cool...
I've wondered about this myself... would a deer hitting a little wingydingy on a convertable stubby/full bumper do much besides mangle the wingydingy (possibly shoving it into your tire)? I feel like the tire might make a better first-point-of-contact with a deer than a thin/lightweight bumper...
If it's just seasonal, perhaps something adjustable so you can return to normal-ish the rest of the year?
These say they'll give you between 1" to 3.5" in the front...
This is a weird one for me TBH. I have driven mostly manuals in the last 30 years, but both of my Jeeps are autos and I haven't noticed the lack of a dead pedal at all. Maybe I don't know what I'm missing!
It's fascinating to me how wildly different folks can feel about driving Jeeps. JL/JT generation Jeeps are, IMO, very well mannered on the road. It's not a luxury car, sure, but I couldn't fathom someone feeling it was miserable. Coming from a place where I had never spent more than $25k on a...
