Well sorry to hear this. I use my JT exclusively for towing my 4k lb trailer and trails, no DD crap and it has worked flawlessly for 3 years now. Only 28k miles on it, but they are all hard miles. Yes upgrades have been performed, 5.5" lift, front driveline to accommodate, re-gearing for 37"...
Just my opinion, but way to much $ and not something for dirt roads. This would be nice behind an Escalade. I have the Jayco Baja 174BH and it's been dirt road boondock proven, solar equipped enough to run a microwave, filters water out of a creek, river or lake to refill fresh water tank and...
I love my Mopar Premium soft top. I guess I'm just the odd duck, but I hate the "Chop top" look of the hard tops. 3 years and no complaints, problems or leaks. I love the ease of use. It was a no brainer when I saw saw it deployed. No removing and storing with those goofy ceiling mounted...
My thoughts, from my previous thread about this. And I might be getting 11 mpg now.

Quality Jeep service is with the Specialty Shops. Mechanic turn over is lower than the Dealerships. Plus there are so many speciialty shops that do better work as well. You just have to make it through the warranty period. I think I'm going to make it. I have a great network of support...
I re-geared to accommodate my usage with 37" tires. I pull a 4k lbs trailer, and I find myself in rock gardens on BOH trails every summer (Rubicon is next). I tried leaving the 4.10 gears on, but in both of the afore mentioned scenarios, performance lacked. Dropping to 5.13 gearing worked...
The 3.0i is what I'm interested to see play out. Whether or not it gets added to the JT lineup remains to be seen.
I bought my JT because it looks like a Jeep, that is exactly what I wanted, and I like that it was planned that way and that there is so many interchangeable parts, that was...
I have a Sport S, that I planned to keep building up to what ever it is I envision that day (this is not economical) but I love it. I special ordered it as bare bones as I could (for a Max Tow) and it has never let me down and I push it to the limits all the time, it is purely for fun, trails...
So I did the Sky Jacker 4.5" up front, then added a new driveline and went to 5.5" up front and just ordered Teraflex triple duty rear springs so I could still tow without the sag, removing the Skyjacker 3" rear lift and making it a solid 4.5" rear lift with those triple duty Teraflex springs...
I'm right there with ya, almost the exact mileage, but you have some very nice equipment and accessories that I passed on. I think the dealer here offered me about 37,000 sight unseen. All that work and goodies add up. All things considered, I just don't have the energy or time to start over...
