I know. That said I sure would---can't believe Jeep got rid of the manual option. I see waaay to many drivers completely zoned out while driving. A manual pretty much forces you to pay attention.
If mine gets totaled somehow I would probably replace it with the newest version of the Mojave...
I have a manual transmission so it stays in any gear I put it in. I purposely keep the gear in whatever keeps the engine between 2500-3000 rpm. That is definitely the sweet spot for my truck to be responsive to my right foot. I drive fast on the highway, with the speed of traffic in cities...
I specifically ordered my 22 JT Manual transmission and manual seats Mojave completely loaded to include the leather. The leather is always going to keep a better resale value. I have seat towels for the 4 winter months I spend in the FL keys and July/Aug here in MO.
I did mine on a warm day and it about killed me. Still not completely installed in front around the forward central console. That said I'm pretty sure it's just due to my having only 30% use of one harm and weak hands due to having a bone out on both sides due to severe arthritis.
But I do...
I have the aux switches and am currently using only one [aux 3] for my Garmin Tread.
Because I have aux 3 set up to always come on once the vehicle is in the run condition or started I actually don't mind the location at all.
I have stealth led lights mounted on either side of my windshield...
I'm not going to argue with the OP. That said I disagree with his reason for not buying the Gladiator. As was said above, it's a life changer---at least for me. If you like it and can afford it then buy or lease it.
Planned obsolescence started at the turn of the 20th century with the...
Best part of being a Marine for 30+ years is not only all the travel---but getting paid for it :) .
The Corps sent me to every continent except Antarctica----though going through the Strait of Magellan got me real close.
For 9 years [after I got back to the states for good after serving more than 8 straight years overseas] I waited for Jeep to come back with a Truck. And the only reason I was willing to wait is because they kept coming up with Concept Trucks so I knew sooner or later they would manufacture one...
Chris, I could give a flying F#$K about my post count.
The point of a forum is the exchange of ideas, tactics, and techniques to help each other. Blind agreement is not what anyone wants. Sure there are trolls that just want to stir things up but that is not my intent. There is another...
I agree with so much that has been recommended.
Expensive but the Rock Slide Engineering Gen 3 rock sliders/steps are fantastic and especially necessary if you lift the vehicle at all.
I have LoD front and rear bumpers. As I realistically only spend about 5% of my time off road full length...
