Developing the same issue currently on my white overland on the passages side only. The spots color looks to be exactly the same. I'm not sure if you can remove the film, clean then replace a new film covering.
I have an Overland and would say stock. I do have 33" tires, after market bumper and winch. The best I gotten in the flat lands of Mississippi. Louisiana, Arkansas, Illinois and Indiana. I haven't reset my B trip meter and 16.7 MPG after 2390 miles.
Same issue on my JT as on my 2018 JL. I had a battery concern and visited a Jeep dealer in Lewisville Tx. They knew nothing about this issue. They looked for codes and found plenty but nothing on this hot air issue.
I'm having the same issue on my Gladiator and I had the same issue on my 2018 JL. My dealer drove the JL and experienced the warm air entering the compartment. His answer was it to keep carbon dioxide from building up in the compartment. If this is true why doesn't it come thru the AC unit and...

I would measure the frame width inside and outside on both vehicles to verify fit. You might be able to get the dimensions from the dealer/builder. If the JK and JL frame widths are the same then it should fit the JT as the JT and JL are the same. I couldn't get to the inside bolts on my winch...
I use Tire shine, Mother Back to Black and Formula 303. To me the tire shine is easier to use than the Mothers Back to Black. The 303 is more of a protectant from the sun.
Forgot to add this also happen on the 2020 Gladiator. We had a 2018 JL and traded for the Gladiator on the way home ~200 mile drive it happened three times
Guys need your help. I have read this entire thread twice and still confused on which cover to purchase. I'm think tri-fold hard but then 1K for a MoPar cover is tough, but I haven't found another brand for a hard tri-fold cover. MoPar has the soft fold for $619 and Rugged Ridge has a soft...
