Thanks for the responses everyone. I think I am going to go with the Fuel Slayer's in Matte Gunmetal, -38mm offset.

The Falken MT’s were great. They were on the JT when I bought it, and have put about ~25,000 miles on them since I have had it. First time with Falken tires, I would have considered them again if they still made a 40 MT.

Good deal, thanks for the reply. I guess the question is does the additional -8mm of offset make up for the 1.5” narrower axle width. How do they clear with your setup?
I have been searching through many threads looking specifically for folks running 40's with -18mm offset on the wheels on a non-Rubicon or Mojave. My JT is an Overland, so it doesn't have the same axle width as the Rubicon/Mojave.
