It's been almost 2 weeks for me since the repair and I have had zero problems. They did the "Jeep" fix plus found loose connector pins and replaced that connector(s). It's working for me, my situation was intermittent, not constant.

They said they replaced the connector.

I'd like to see the same. I've seen there is a grommet on the gas versions but don't see it on my diesel, I'm wondering about the best way to rout wires through the firewall in the diesel, and am considering that switch kit while I'm at it.

I would file a complaint with the NHTSA. If they get enough similar complaints they can require Jeep to issue recalls and further look into the problem. We had a Durango that had fuel tank vent problems that made it spit about a quart of gas out after fueling. It had enough similar complaints...
