I have an 08 JKUR with LOD frame mounts rails that I have beat the piss out of over the last 8 years. Just bought a JTRD and so far have been a little underwhelmed with the frame mount options for good rails for the JT. Looking at Shrockworks, Rustys, and VKS for frame mounts so far any others...
Anybody have experience with the EVO Bombers on their JT? With or without the skins? Wondering they hold actually being beat off rocks and how they function as a step. I can't seem to find the weight of them anywhere either.
MB11 wheels 17x9 -12, 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT Pros. These are actually the wheels from my JK and are only on the truck temporarily to have a look at and see how the truck handles the 37s. Likely gonna go with Mopar beadlocks and 37" ATs with a 2" lift
I disagree strongly with anyone who says that MTs perform well in the snow (on road, not off). Ever compare a winter tire to a MT? See all those sipes, small voids, and lots of contact patch with the surface? Those, combined with a softer tread compound, is what makes a winter tire perform...
Personally, I hate the BFG MT and AT. Love the Krawler tho. That being said, removing my personal bias, If you have any amount of snow or rain where you live, I would suggest the Falken would be a better choice, as it has at least some siping to give you a chance at having some grip. No...
I'm a little surprised to hear all the "they're pretty quiet" answers. I drove a JT a while back with them and could not get over how loud they were. I found them to be louder than the half worn Cooper stt pros on my JK. The JTRD I just bought has the Falken AT3W and I love how quiet they...
My last two trucks were full size F150s. Not diesels, but Ecoboosts. The EB is an amazing engine with tones of power and pretty decent mpg actually. I really like it. I do kinda miss some of the space inside but I do not miss the space outside at all. The small truck is a much better fit...
Added yellow tint to the fogs. I don't use them now as I find them too bright and the stock LEDs work well enough on their own. Hoping the yellow tint will work well during snowstorms and foggy conditions.
Yeah, I know thw specs. Ive done a dozen online comparisons/calculators/visualizers. I'm looking for actual photos. All the online calculators etc are great for giving an idea, but I want to actually see it, and hopefully measure it I have 17x9 -12 (4.5 bs) here on my JK. I put one on the...
Mopar beadlock wheel poke with a 12.5" wide tire.
Ok, I know there's a search function, which I've used, but I have a specific request regarding the Mopar beadlock (capable) wheels. I'm looking for better pics showing how far out past the fenders the tires stick out with the Mopar wheel...
