Toothpicks are recommended. I had wooden kabob skewers. Making sure to apply enough coats from different angles at the same distance seemed to do the trick for me.
Yes. there is of course some loss of light but I think this is more than ok for safety. I may upgrade the bulbs.
Brake-lights on in direct sunlight and then I caught a pic with the hazards on but a cloud was overhead.
Im also looking into pulling out my drl to tint them. Will look in the AM but im guessing you just pull the inner fender plastic trim off and gain access to whatever hardware is holding them in.

I was surprised as well. Last time I had them was on an ‘89 Chevy S-10 p/u. Ive seen AVS since then but not GTS. This is the pic they show on their site. Someone must have packages them wrong.

looking to blackout the tail lights and ordered a set of the plastic covers from extreme terrain.
They dont even come close to fitting but the packing says its for a JT 2020 w/o the oem LEDs. All I can find on the web are stock...
Looks great!!! What did you do to the front running lights? Spray tint, film, or covers? I bought the precut tints but it hasnt hit the right temp to install them outside yet.
