Well, here is my update:
Reputable 4wd shop test drove the gladiator. They also nut and bolted every piece of the suspension to proper torque specs.
Owner said they put a ton of these tires on without issue. He said he does not think it is a balance issue, but more of maybe a tread issue...
I may have them try that. When I had the wheels off this weekend, I counted at least 4oz on each wheel, stick on weight on the inner part of the wheel, and then three of the wheels had an extra 1/4 to 1/2 oz again on the inner, and then some of them had up to 1oz on the inner lip of the wheel...
The AEV Borahs are hub centric for the JT, so should be no issue there. I have hub centric rings on my LJ though. There are a tight fit and sometimes they would stick inside the wheel. One newer tech called me saying I was missing one when I had them rotated. Asked him if he looked in the...
How many miles have you put on them? I am trying to get in front of this and not drive much until I figure it out. Would be easier to swap from them now that 5k down the road I'm sure.
My store has been pretty good about re-balancing them for me. First time back one of the tires was 4oz out. 2nd time back found one that was 3/4 oz out. Same issue persists though. At this point I am going to have a more 4wd focused shop take a look and see if they agree on the balancing...
Bad news. Vibration is still there. They said the left front was off by 3/4 of an oz but they rest was fine. It might be slightly better, but definitely still 22-30 mph. Goes away somewhat after that.
I think at this point I might just have to relent to taking it to my local off road shop...
You have the same lift setup as well?
There is another thread on here that has the same experience as us. They were further along in the process. Posted there but no response yet:

Back to DT today to see if they can figure anything else out. Manager said they did rotate them yesterday as well. They said they would calibrate the balancer and start from scratch this time. Also road force balance as well. Fingers crossed...
Did you ever get this issue worked out? Have the same experience with my brand new 37" ridge grapplers. And I am running them on a hub centric wheel. Feels like the vibration is coming from the front. Feel it in the steering wheel and can hear the tires. Smooths out at higher speed. But I...
Thanks. Yes, I have been dealing with the manger. I will take it back up there tomorrow or Friday to see what they say. Have a 1700 mile one way trip to Moab coming up and would like a smooth ride to and from, lol. Discount is always helpful, hopefully we can get it figured out.
So here are the particulars on my Gladiator:
21 Rubicon, 3.6 auto
2.5" AEV DualSport Lift with Geo Correction Brackets
Yeti Steer Smarts HD Front Track Bar
AEV Borah Wheels
So I was running a set of BFG KM3s in a 315/70/17 size. While they were a little loud and cupped a bit (bought them used...
I've seen a lot of 392 beadlock wheels popping up on FB marketplace for sale. Anywhere from $2,000 to $3,500 for the set. But yes, there is a mopar beadlock wheel if that's what you're asking.
That was my experience. Everything worked fine, but had the left turn signal out code. Got that fixed with my Tazer (which I already had due to changing tire size, auto start/stop etc.). Have had no issues with them so far. LEDs are nice and bright and as mentioned the reverse lights are...
