"Can you" sure. Is it putting a higher mechanical load on the diff, engine and transmission, absolutely. The main things to note, under use, 37's on 4.10 gears it'll feel a little sluggish compared to stock, the engine and trans will run a little warmer, and stock on 33's high speed off-road...

Oh yeah, this is on every mojave. I actually bought the Mojave, didn't like the sound system, and upgraded to the Mojave X like a week later. Both of them do it, can confirm.
