I have one and it’s like a tank. It has a couple small holes in it (like a cigarette burn) from campfire sparks and it won’t rip.

Got them installed. Now when I slip off, it will cut my shin like a cheese grater LOL. Feels much better getting into the bed now. Seems like I’m always needing up there when the tailgate is down. I definitely recommend! BTW I’m 200 lbs and they don’t seem to flex.

Has anyone found any stories about fires actually occurring? My main concern would be having an issue in the middle of nowhere and having something happen. I don’t want to be burned or start a wildfire.

I called my dealer and they said my VIN is not affected. IDK

My BAK Revolver has “quick disconnect” knobs for removing it easily. No tools needed. Another option is loading a few things on top of the cover. I bought some t-slot eye bolts and use those to tie stuff down.
