Yep, I've got them on mine. They have served me well (never actually made contact with rocks) but I'm taking them off and replacing with a step/running board type.
35's and a 2.5" lift have made my wife unhappy. They are in no way useful as a step
Owned a Colorado in Australia where they are a BIG truck hahaha.
It was nice. Compared to the Ranger, I'd have a Colorado any day. No real comparison between the Gladiator and any other truck in my opinion. They are just not build to do the same thing
I’ve only had one thing stolen in my life and it was mountain bike when I was about 13. Loved that thing.
if someone stole my car I’d be gutted.
Hope your insurance works out. I also hope the thieves crash it and are maimed
EXACTLY the type of info I was after, thank you!
My thinking was that if a 1000wh Jackery could power a car type fridge for 2-3 days, surely a car batter could do it for a night.
Better to find out now instead of out in the middle of the Ozarks!
Thanks for the replies!!
I’m heading out this weekend for two nights and the Jackery isn’t arriving until after I’m home. However fridge will be here and going with me.
Think the car battery will be ok with the fridge being plugged into the rear plug all night? I’ll be wheeling during the day...
Alright overlanding people. Needing some input on powering a fridge!
I am buying this fridge/freezer

My question is this. Am I better off plugging into the cigarette lighter or the 400w plug in the back? Fridge will sit on the back seat so...
Yeah having a sealed unit is certainly a plus. We have a trifold tonneau on the bed and making sure everything fits under that during driving is a must. the floor would certainly make that less of an issue
Front freedom panels on, rear roof off and all doors on was the best experience I had as far as wind goes in the cab.
But yeah, you take the roof off its going to be windy. Not being sarcastic but the Jeep already has a solution for the problem. It is called the roof.
I did 6 hours with all...
I use OnX and Gaia so I always know what land i'm on. The whole "my family has hunted here for years" argument blows my mind.
not your land? no right to be on it
Building things is an addiction. Im the same when it comes to firearms. I can build AR’s all day everyday.
The Jeep is my latest project though and guns have become just “work” for now.
Jeep parts are more expensive though much to my wife’s dismay!
