This looks amazing to me. I've been planning on going with a retro style wheel, and I love the stripes.

I have a 23 Willy's S and at some point want 37s on it. I'm thinking of either splitting the painted fenders or going with something like the KB fender flares. I was wondering how a fender split compares to the KB fender flares in terms of increased clearance.

Just did this on my '23 using the wire stripper pliers method. Less than 5 minutes most of which was getting the 2 halves apart

I made a trip from Denver to Colorado Springs yesterday in my 23 Willy's. I ran about 80 most of the way there and back and was sitting at 25.4 when done. I only have about 500 miles on it so far. Not too bad considering starting at 5280 feet in elevation, going above 7000 down to 6000 feet and...

My 23 came with the aux switch panel. When adding LED lights, are you working direct to the switch or using a relay? Most of the lights I've looked at come with a relay in the wiring.

On my old JKR, I welded a horseshoe onto the OEM rock rail on each side for use as a step. Cost was under $10.

What it has to do with it, is that the original post implied they sprung it on him after the fact. Legally, in Colorado they have to inform the customer up front.

Check your state law. I know by law in Colorado, they have to have a price quote with your signature before any work begins and there is a limit on how much the final price can differ without them getting another signature from you for the higher price.

Agreed. It's listed for around 45k, but missing too many things. The reason ( asked was because if it had axles for max towing, I could add the hitch myself. Looks like no reason to buy it.
