For any late model motor it is important to use a motor oil that has very high wear protection. Not the oil you chose.
Here is a link to spend hours on the subject of wear protection. Pretty reliable source for actual testing that is continuously updated

Just twist the mount post and the whole thing comes off. If I remember correctly CCW? Takes about 2 seconds.
Then you and use that empty place for a GPS or radio or what ever. There are vendors that sell mounts to go in place of the mirror. Do a search to find.
With my big tires that thing is...
For Dirt/Gravel roads
Air down, disconnect sway bar. Live with reduced tire wear
Keep your speed down for low pressure.
A/T tires last longer than M/T tires. BFG KO2/3 are a good bet for higher life?
Air up for highway use
RSE comments:
I had them on my LJ - Gen1 upgraded to internal Gen2. Strong and never damaged the housing without the skid plate armor. For the LJ the steps are mounted to the bottom of the body with many bolts
Now I have a JLUR with Gen2 - The housing is thin and prone to denting. I am...
Gen 2 or the slightly improved Gen 3 RSE steps are the way to go. Get the cheapest version.
No other brand is as good.
Install yourself and save quit a bit of dollars.
To bad I did not did not discover comparison testing of deflators.
After randomly trying several deflators after my good one lost it snap ring and got an ARB which was recommended by a fellow wheeler. Anyway its analog gauge is dead on compared to my industrial certified gauge and further more...
Different MM for different models. I suspect consulting the Jeep parts manual will reveal different mm.
Example 21 3.6 etorque is different than 3.6 - no etorque.
In the situation of stock wheels. The spare came with the TPMS sensor, but only is sensed by the Jeep until it is mounted on the ground. Then it takes driving a short distance for the display to reflect the actual pressures.
I suspect if you had oem TPMS sensors installed in 5 of your new...
We all have issues with sloppy oversized hitch receivers.
For a regular hitch ball we use clamps to get rid of the slop. Doesn't look like they will work for a slider? A clamp will hang lower. Search for slop eliminator of a different design.
I use a common rule for off-roading which is 1/2 of my street pressure.
Getting the correct street pressure took some time to get me satisfied. My final method is the tire chalk method confirmed by the tire manufacturers load/pressure chart.
Gen 3 was in use in 2018. On my TJ I started out with Gen 1 then got the gen 2 update where clutches were replaced with current sensors resulting in new motors and new black box. Gen 3 is like Gen 2 but with more wear resistant pivot bearings and SS arms for more strength. Never had slow...
Rolling power unit looks similar to AMP which means if you live in cold country the step will be full of snow and Ice like the AMP. This is because it just hangs down and does not fit close to the body.
Rockslide steps when retracted or deployed use no power. If the step hits something like your leg or a rock, the current sensor in the driver will turn the step off. They are independent of the vehicle electronics. A manual switch is used to lock the step in the up or down position.
If you turn...
All weld shops offer Co2 refils or full tank exchange. The exchange tanks are bare aluminum. If you dont like that color make a sleve with your color.
BTW. A 20 Lb tank is much more usable if youcan find a good place tpo mount it.
And Harbor Freight sell certified tanks on the cheap. At least...
The best one I have ever used is
"3 Ton Arcan Car Floor Jack, Aluminum Steel Low Profile Quick Pump"
Read the reviews and be convinced.
Bought mine online from Costco who had the best price after a Google search
Amazing price variation for that jack
