I've been checking all of these out and weighing the options. I'm pretty much leaning towards the the Rockhard aluminum full belly. I like that it leaves the factory Rubicon gas skid in place for added protection. The Motobilt has a little bit more coverage guarding the muffler but lacks the...
Sirius sucks for me. End of May and it's gone. I used to love XM but then they merged with Sirius and got rid of the best channels. I mostly use carplay and listen to Pandora or Spotify. A thumb drive or an old iPhone used as an iPod also.
Sirius is way over priced for what they deliver in my...
A good winch and bumper can be done for less than $ 900.00 if you watch for sales. I did this smitty XRC bumper and X2O 10,000 with synthetic line for $900.00 It was the first thing I did with my JT. Gave me the confidence to go out and use it, find what its capabilities were and then upgrade...
Well I look at it this way, if you're going to go out by yourself, you need something. That Wyeth super come along is nice but it's 350 bucks and only rated at 6000 lbs . That sounds like a lot but if your stuck that's gonna be a long day even if you succeed and its a false sense of security...
That come along is fine for a once every few years " what did I get into" It will be the better part of a two hour recovery. You do that once and you'll be looking at getting a real winch.
I wouldn't do that, one of the weaknesses of the JT is air flow and cooling. I would not have a winch up high and blocking the radiator. Go with a new steel bumper that mounts the winch inside and low. Low gives it a better line angle with the pull vs up higher where it gives it more leverage...
TPMS sensors have a specific frequency in regard to your vehicle. I wanted OEM ones that you just install in the wheel and the jeep will recognize. Leaving the others in the wheels coming off. Not cost effective to unmount and remount and balance the tires to swap them. Selling rims, wheels and...
