I like my granite crystal JTR. Punk'n would have been my first choice of the various available colors but it was phased out by the time I bought mine so no ability to order and not a single one in the spec I wanted in the country. Could have ordered hydro blue but it's not my favorite shade of...
I have towed about that weight without a WDC or trailer brakes (32 sheets of 5/8 ply in a heavy Uhaul trailer) and had no issues. Stopping distance was a little longer but it never felt inadequate. If your camper has brakes and needs a controller it's well worth the $150 or whatever to add...
Funny enough I'm also at 10k miles with a manual Rubicon and have no complaints. I find mine to ride wonderfully (coming form a hot hatch on race springs), wind noise is lower than I would expect with a soft top, the transmission has been flawless, and the Wildpeaks are damn near silent on the...
I don't want to ruin your day but it looks like you have them on the wrong sides. The bigger step opening should be on the fronts to match the larger door opening...see the LOD pics for this. Not sure if this is contributing to your problem
Milwaukee M12 3/8, non-fuel. The fuels have an enormous head on them...more torque but for a ratchet torque isn't the biggest factor for me. Also have an M12 fuel driver. The rest of my cordless tools are Makita 18V but I prefer the pod battery for the smaller tools vs a slide battery
I whip it back while sitting in the driver's seat. unlatch and a heavy push and it's off. Even more fun is to do it at 20mph, unclip and let the wind take it back
How often are you going to be away from home and suddenly need to remove the top and doors? Seriously asking because it's just not something I would consider. If I were travelling specifically to go somewhere that would be an option I would take the tools with me or just deal with the provided...
How much are you trying to spend? Typically these kinds of bits are used with an impact driver but you have to be careful about how hard you go with it. I have a Milwaukee M12 fuel driver with adjustable settings (including a drill setting) to make sure I don't damage anything. It will be...
sounds like you need to talk to this guy

Smash one with a propane tank, snap the tabs and it will fall right out. At least that's how I did it.
I believe one side has a compression tab so you would put the light up or down to clear the static holding tabs but right now I can't tell you which way to go. I may try it soon, also...
On my first change they didn't tighten the drain plug enough and I had a small leak. Caught it after a few days and tightened the bolt (I have all the tools and know how to do this but free is free) and left a pretty bad review when asked for feedback. Not something catastrophic fortunately...
My must haves:
4.10s
soft top
manual trans
Which put me into exactly one choice: base-est Rubicon. Which means I ended up with a 7" radio (wanted that), power windows and locks (wanted those), cloth seats (definitely wanted those). The only "options" on my truck were a premium soft top and...
I'm tall and wide-shouldered and do not have this issue. I sit fairly upright and do not ever notice the pillar. The top bar is close to my head but that's something I live with in any vehicle
Maybe I'm biased because I have a Rubicon but I prefer it to the Mojave hood. I have another car with a hood scoop, and that one is functional. This always bugged me on the Tacoma TRD sports with the useless scoop...the TRD pro got the smooth hood and just looks better.
Second for me is the...
Had mine done last week and just got to pick it up yesterday (I was traveling when I got the call it was finished). Never thought my steering was too bad until I got over 65, then it would walk around the lane a bit and was affected by the wind coming off big trucks. Most of my driving is 60 or...
It's pollen season....opening it up is an invitation to a completely yellow interior.
But I bought a soft top for a reason, and today is one of those reasons. Just not going to leave it that way constantly.
