I have noticed that each option has 2 settings. most of the program apps say to set to acc or run.. something like that I dont really read it anymore, I work on all my vehicles with different readers/ programmers.

so I know that those wires will not stretch to the next bolt and the paint is probably the issue.. go to ace hardware, they make a threaded coupler for all-thread (hoping its 1/4 20) to join 2 pieces of all-thread together.. best option I got right now!
only hope, disconnect both neg terminals. connect a good battery inline with 1 of the neg cables. charge to full.. then do the same with the second battery.. 3rd charge both neg terminals seperate to full charge.. either 1 or both batteries will not take charge and dissipate rapidly.. best way...
