looking at the pricing you guys are predicting once they get it here & translate that to aussie dollars itll be the same price as a 79 series land cruiser & thats got a 4.5 l turbo diesel v8 & toyota reliability better pay load & towing its a no brainer
i think cost & limited payload are big for me
this pic is 2200kg on the back of my old cj10 now im not suggesting the jt should be able to do that but we do tend to push things a bit down here
cheers ian
it wouldnt surprise me if the bumper was plastic like all the other dual cab utes on the market because will just cash in on the after market themselves with mopar parts like they are with the jl
jeff i hope we will get the 3.0l but in the jl theyve dropped the 2.8l diesel that was in the jk & we will only get a 2.2l diesel for the jl if thats the case for the jt also the pentastar might be the better option lets hope we can have that 3.0l over here it would be a shame to give us such a...
yea thats why i bought the colorado the jt will likely end up being 2 years away for us down here we havent even got the jl yet so waiting just seemed dumb i may aswell have a modern vehicle while i wait but i still have the cj10 & the willys pick up when i need to scratch my jeep itch
well at least i didnt have to pay toyota tax & they dont seem to have too many dramas also dont forget you guys will likely get the JT a year before us so ill just about have this thing worn out by the time they arrive
too late just bought a colorado space cab with a trayback cant wait any longer maybe ill get 1 in a few years & well know what faults they have by then so ill be able to make a more informed purchase
cheers ian
im with you guys if its going to crazy pricing why give them our hard earnt dollars fuck them if they think they can screw us lets just buy a toyoyta it will cost less & will actually be reliable more than can be said for anything with a jeep badge (get the hint wankers)
sorry to be so rude but...
