Make sure the universal parts slider at the top is off.
With 5" difference in tire size means your at 75" before the lift. Rustys measures from the front so their 4" lift should only get you to about 78ish close to level. As long as your garage door is a true 80" opening your going to have a little breathing room still.
I went with the ACM mount for the HO Single. Cab was a non starter for me as everyplace to mount it I use for storage. The Engine cover mount I considered, but as I am using this for Lockers I figured this would be the better location for running the air lines to the diff's. I then ran a remote...
First I got my ARB High Output single installed. I went with this one specifically because of the location making sure it would leave plenty of room between it & the cat. Wasn't sure where I was going to put an outlet, but knew I wanted it up high as to require the hood to be open to use it...
Oh I thought you were talking the front. Gotta have a ton of lift before the rear would be an issue I would think. The angle on it isnt too bad. But going to a 1 piece is going to be stronger anyway. Which is why I am going to replace mine.
Lots of options with chromeoly shafts to do that. I...
I have the JKS & when off camber & I need to connect I just ask someone to step on the rail on the side the needs to go down. Never had it taken more then a few seconds after the first time.
Honestly I give a lot of smart ass answers on facebook.. As pointed out above there is only so many "whats the biggest tire that will fit with no lift" questions that can be asked. When I see a question that requires more then scrolling down a few posts to see the exact same question I will...
Hmmm well I guess that makes sense, I don’t have an after market diff cover yet, but based on the clearance I have seen I don’t foresee it ever being an issue.
@ShadowsPapa Can confirm for sure, but I think that the Sport, Sport S (non Max Tow) and overland would all be about the same. There will be some small variations for individual vehicles, but they are meant to have the same factory ride height & payload so there isn't a reason to change them...
If you dont do much wheeling then what you need is a couple wrench's & thats it.. If I was only disconnecting once a month or so I wouldn't bother with the aftermarket disconnects. It really isnt all that much longer if you have the right tools on hand.
“Progressive rate springs” are generally classified into two sub-types: 1) constantly increasing rate springs and 2) a “dual-rate” spring with two linear rates connected with a rate-transition range.
The first type (constantly increasing rate) of springs are most often used as...
Based on the window sticker the Max Tow must also have the same fenders since the fenders are not mentioned right? That extra lip must be everyone just imaging it...
