  1. Dealer advised pull to the right is normal!

So a tiny bit of pulling to the right is normal. It has more to do with the crown of the road. Back in the day this was done on purpose to “lead” a driver away from the center line a bit. Not sure it even applies anymore. On a perfectly flat piece of tarmac your Jeep should drive strait as...
  2. Zero $ mod - Flip that rear view mirror upside down

Sorry the delay. Yeah. It is a personal choice as to if you think it helps with visibility. I like the wider view at the top than the bottom. I have not put enough time in the divers seat to see if it is really as beneficial as it was with the Tj and jk. Five jeeps later this is just a...
  3. Zero $ mod - Flip that rear view mirror upside down

  4. Zero $ mod - Flip that rear view mirror upside down

  6. What is the right Jack?

IF one is not comfortable with a hi-lift jack, then get with a local club or someone with experience and learn... however I will say that AEV makes a scissor/bottle jack stand that brings those jacks up off the ground a few inches. Still not as a good a hi-lift in so many scenarios but better...
  7. Zero $ mod - Flip that rear view mirror upside down

First mod and something all JK/JL/TJ/JT owners should do. Flip that rear view mirror upside down. Just try it.... And it cost 0.00 bucks. :)
  8. Rack/RTT/Gear Installed

Did the rack and rtt squat your JTR in the rear? Especially with full cans mounted plus gear in the bed. I am hoping AEV or someone makes some springs for load.
  9. Why Rooftop Tent?

RTT heads and shoulders above traditional tent. Late nights on the trail overland... sometimes I would just flip it over and go to sleep. forget setting up window awnings or anex or anything like that. Just unzip and flip... sleep. However.... I also am a believer in hammock camping. it is...
  10. RTT owners, are you satisfied with..

So the RTTs are mostly made at the exact same factory in China. Where they vary is the quality of materials used. I ran one on my offroad trailer. It was from Camping Lab. I think they may be out of business now? Same as the rest though... but higher quality canvas. But I will buy another...
  11. Trans America Trail

Ive done the TAT in my old JK and on a BMW Dakar dual sport. I started at the trail head and stopped in Moab in all accounts. I have yet to finish the entire thing. Is there anything I can help with?
  12. Fog lights not working

My factory LED fog lamps are not working. 30 miles one the jeep... Just got it yesterday. I even checked the user manual in case I was being an idiot... which is always possible. The light on the dash says their on, but they ain't on.
  13. Any have the RIPP on their JT yet and whats been the experience so far ?

I had the RIPP on my JK 3.8. Wonderful kit and customer support. They provided several tunes for different driving conditions. Keep the oil changed and pound the trails. Took mine up the contiental divide with no issues with the kit. They also have a snorkel attachment kit which came in...
  14. Took Delivery of Your JT? Sign in Here!

Picked up my 2020 Firecracker Red Rubi yesterday. Avid Jeep owner but have had a dry spell of Jeep ownership over the past 2 years. I shopped everything... TJ Unlimited to JT Rubis. My last JK was an overland build that took me from Mexico to Canada on the Continental Divide. I want another...
