So how’s the awning? Does it work?
Feel for you, but you did buy used, where you assume any issues with the product are yours. I would think that zipper is probably the easiest thing to fix on that product, so you’re lucky there.
jeep axles never had plugs if they weren’t 44s, so you always had to take off the cover. Always thought the drain the plug was only to drain it so you didn’t make a mess when you took the cover off anyway.
The southerly route would take us from Napa Valley to Lake Isabella, then we'd hit DV and loop down into Mojave taking the eastern route and then back up the valley into the Santa Cruz mountains to Ridge and back.
Might try going through Tehachapi vs Lake Isabella, unless you want to see the...
The East path would take us up into the Sierras into Carson City, then down through Eldorado, Yosemite, Inyo, Sequoia, down into Death Valley. We'd wind up back in Oakland on March 13, stopping in the Santa Cruz mountains to hit Ridge Winery's Montebello (I've been knocking off Judgement of...
Save your money, try pulling over and standing up/walking around, get some circulation in your numb butt cheeks.

That dealer claims they had to cancel the wave program to instate the extended warranty. They are supposed to then re-up the wave, but “forgot” to. Didn’t know until I tried to use my last Jeep wave at my local dealership. Then getting a...

Well if you keep it in 1st gear and under 8 mph I believe you should be able to get away with 10-12,000 lbs but only if you avoid reading the manual as it will say a measly 4,000 lbs, c’mon the original wartime Jeep was used to haul multiple train cars and it only had 60 hp on paper.
Remember...
“don’t regret any of it but I’m sort of to the point that tons and possibly a hemi swap are kind of the next thing besides small convenience items, I’m not sure I want to throw another $15k for axles or even more for a motor swap. ”
kinda don’t understand this statement unless like the...
Orange on green, why bother with black you won’t be able to really notice on Sarge (too dark) if you are putting on a decal you might as well be able to see it.
So which direction do you ”twist” a differential that turns a steering wheel 180* but is still driviable?
I’m picturing a differential, you twist it up or down relative to the axle and you’ve stretched or bound the front drive shaft but how does this affect the steering? Any other twist...
Thanks for tip on not loosening body bolts, confirm that it’s not needed on either side, and body bolt washer gives you something to hang slider on while you reattach the nuts on the side of the mount.
They really need to address the rear mounting.
No where in the directions or video does it...
My current favorite color combo is proba puce and plaid, had my gladiator wrapped in those last week but next week might try white matched with offwhite.
