Just got word from FCA, my build should start next week (Week of 7/13). So pumped! No idea how reliable FCA is with timelines, but any news at this point is welcome.

No new news on the build status. But I wanted to come back and ask about replacing the front bumper. Is there any truth to Jeep not offering the steel bumpers because of the skid plate in the front?

I wonder if there was a surge in orders after the Mojave was announced. It seems like most people had about 2 weeks in D1 before fabrication started. I know I quickly changed my mind from rubicon to Mojave after the auto show announcement.

I’ve talked with my salesman a few times about it. He’s got nothing further either. I’m not the only order he has that’s sitting in limbo either. He showed me his order status screen and every one of them just shows D or D1 with no ETAs.

Anyone have any words of encouragement for me? I placed my order for a Mojave back at the end of May, and it’s been holding in D1 status for 3 weeks. I’ve contacted FCA through the chat and they have no further information for me. I’m going insane over here waiting for some sign of movement lol.
