@SwampNut Do you have a scan of the invoice/work order from the dealer stating your issue and that they warrantied it? I can take that to my dealership and show them how to do it and warranty it. I would owe you big for that.

Awesome information hjdca. Do you happen to have a link handy to this other thread showing that fix? I think that is the best way to fix it. I would like to have some ammo about getting the dealer to do the work under warranty if I can say, "the dealership in xyz town fixed this under warranty.

that did recenter the nut, but as soon as the bolt touches the nut, it moves to the side again. I have an email to Nick at ACE and see what they say.

Get this...I installed my ACE rock sliders, all went well until the last bolt, driver side rear. The bolt didn't break, but the retaining nut moved out of position so now I can not thread the bolt back in. The space is too small to get fingers or a tool there to hold the nut in place. Any...

Can you send link to that video where it shows the nuts? I just had a nut break free while removing the body mount bolts, got it put back together by tack welding it in place but would love to see a diagram of the nut
