It's awesome that they give you a key fob that will hold about 5 gallons of gas, this thing is huge. Gladiator fob compared to my wife's Pathfinder fob.
I bought a Rubicon last night and the dealership where I bought it accepted my AP code from Tread Lightly. I'm not sure how they were able to use it, but I had to provide them my membership info.
Took a long time to deliver, they had a bunch of people in front of me, I was kind of an unexpected sale. And I did put a few miles on it on the way home.
I stopped by a dealership to check out a Rubicon and ended up buying it. I had no intentions of buying but they really met all of my demands. Just waiting for them to clean it up and sign a few papers.
I'm trying, but the dealerships I've contacted that have them on their lots don't want to cooperate. I'm waiting for a local dealership to get theirs in so I can take a look at it.
I would go to the dealership and have them read the code, it will only take a few minutes, to see if problem can truly wait or if it's something that can lead to a bigger issue down the road or become a safety issue.
I have "bought" just about everyone of my vehicles with the mindset that leasing is a waste of money. The problem is I always think that I'm going to keep my current vehicle forever. but I have a bad habit of only keeping a vehicle for 2 or 3 years and have never owned a vehicle outright. My...
I would be just as pissed as the OP and there's nothing wrong with venting his frustrations. From what it sounds like the dealership dropped the ball and leaving it up to the OP to resolve the issue. I would demand that the dealer that the truck was bought from go get it from the dealer where...
It does come with a 7 pin connector, a 7 pin connector isn't just used for electric brakes it's also used for trailers that have hydraulic brakes.
The user manual also states that if you are towing a trailer with electric brakes you will need a brake controller.
I don't see them selling in my area, south western PA. One dealer who had the very first one within 100 miles of me still has it on their lot. Dealers in my area refuse to negotiate, so I hope their plan backfires. Most car dealerships finance their inventory so the longer the vehicle sits on...
Am I right to assume that the residuals should be close to the same no matter where you live? My dealer said that the residual on a Rubicon lease was 70% on a 36 month lease.
None of the above are true, the only dealers that seem to be offering 5% below invoice are hours away. The Gladiator I spec'd was about 47K so the 4% difference is 1880.00, travel will take a few hundred off that, I'm also trading a vehicle so it will be a crap shoot on my trade value, I could...
I have researched a lot of threads here and it seems like a lot of dealerships that were offering better deals have backed off. This dealer is about 4 hours from me and is in the same state, the other dealers I've been reading about are way further than that I'm not sure the few percent is worth...
I just got a quote from a dealership on a Sport S with max tow factory order, they quoted 1% below invoice. If offered this deal right now would you take it or wait until the rush is over in hopes of a better deal?
