These clowns are "only" charging 1000.00 over invoice. This was the first Gladiator within 100 miles of me, they have had it on their lot for almost 4 weeks. While there they told me these are selling like hotcakes and are hard to find. So much for selling like hotcakes...
Dealerships think this is a limited availability truck, yet you can find hundreds of them on the lots.
I'm beginning to think this is price fixing just like the drug companies
I understand that it's the dealers that are charging MSRP and above, but sooner or later when these trucks aren't moving off the lots FCA is going to wonder why and it points to their dealership network.
First I've heard of this, buy I hope that I get a call. I want to ask them when they will be honoring the AP discount and what can be done to stop dealers from trying gouging customers.
A good friend of mine is a GM at a Nissan/Chevy/Volvo dealer and I have bought 18 cars from him, no negotiations required, if they sold Jeeps I would have had a Gladiator weeks ago.
That's what he told me, I agree that lease payment should be low and this is the reason I have been perusing a lease on a Rubicon, but I am getting quoted high payments for some reason. I will be the last person to get robbed by a dealership, I know their games and have had some interesting...
I talked with a GM at a dealer yesterday and he told me that they are charging MSRP because everybody is and his job is to make money for the dealership. He said that when the demand for the Gladiator cools off they will offer deals. I told him that the demand is fabricated by the dealerships...
I've found 2 at 2 dealers within 2 hours from me, one red and one silver, the only options they don't have that I want is spray in bedliner and tonneau cover, both easily added.
I test drive at a dealership that I had no intentions of buying from because they were asking over MSRP and they knew it. The salesman was a complete jerk and the test drive was only about 2 miles, I was completely turned off by the whole experience and i think this is what initially changed my...
These dealerships act like it's a limited run vehicle, I test drove 3 weeks ago and they were asking 1K over MSRP, told me every dealer is doing it, it's still on their lot. When I test drive it, they had the only one within 100 miles, now there are literally over 100. I'm having dealership hate...
Its Sport S, a Sport S is a base Sport with the 24S option +3200, when you add 3200 to the base Sport that is the base price of a Sport S, the price is correct
I'm getting tired if dealing with local my local dealers and the BS. I've been going back and with a local dealership and they are telling me that with the launch of the Gladiator Jeep is offering great leasing programs. And they will not negotiate unless it's face to face, if I take time out if...
On a Rubicon with a MSRP of 61,770.00 I was quoted 797.00 per month for 48 months, 12,000 mile lease with no money down, but that was on full MSRP because they aren't discounting. I wouldn't do a 48 month lease either, so I think they were just trying to get the payment lower.
@Pbmax I'm in PA...
