No option to not remove the grill. You could cut it from inside the engine bay I guess. This was posted in the marketplace you’re probably not going to get a lot of replies because of that.

I skipped to the end of the thread but the quietest tire I’ve ever had on my Jeep’s has been the Patagonia’s. I have 37s and you can not hear them at any speed period. It’s shocking to be honest.

I haven’t run into any issues since day one. Were you rolling the windows up/down and engaging the step at the same time? I tapped into one of the lines behind the switch that shuts off the steps.
