  1. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

I used the Infinity Refrence all around. 3.5” dash, 6.5” lowers, 3.5” and 4” up top. Sound deadening inside the center bar as well as the lower pods.
  2. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

I was going to pull out the stock sub so I had the entire back panel off. I put it all along the back wall and all across the bottom of the floor in the rear. When I finally change out the carpet to Armorlite I will do the entire floor and door panels. I also put a strip across the bottom of the...
  3. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

Not sure if it’s back there but you can just tap into the speakers in the side pillar by the front seat where the seat belts connect.
  4. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

Gotta disagree but it’s all subjective. The Alpine package is garbage IMO especially when the top is off. I replaced all speakers the last thing that it needed was bass. Turning it up 2-3 ticks starts to distort after around 25 and with the top off it’s non existent. Now I can hear and feel it...
  5. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

Yeah I missed the bass too, didn’t want to lose space and didn’t want to go nuts with a custom box. Wiring was super easy, just ran power, If you have the aux switches you don’t even need to go to the battery. If you have the aux switch package, there’s wiring for the interior behind the kick...
  6. Sub Upgrade Kicker HS10

Hi everyone. It’s been discussed here before but I wanted to bring it back up in case anyone else was on the fence or you’re a newish member thinking about what to get to help with more bass. I bought the Kicker HS10 because another forum member replaced his premium sub with it and he said it...
  7. RCV + Teraflex = ??

Thanks I think I’ll just go a different route altogether since I’m going to have to push these out. Word of advise… If you guys have known about a clearance issue with new RCV axles for a while now, you should really take down that note on your site, “Grease zerks are accessible with axle...
  8. RCV + Teraflex = ??

Those are the Special Edition Mall Crawl Falcons…just high enough to miss all curbs lol
  9. RCV + Teraflex = ??

The uppers and lowers are placed correctly verified this at install you guys labeled it very clearly. I can move them around 180° but how does one push them out Without damaging the tops? There is no place to push against other than the where the zerk fittings go…pushing against them will 100%...
  10. RCV + Teraflex = ??

Those are the instructions for the JK not the JL/JT. Nowhere on the JL/JT instructions does it say that… Pretty irritated if that is the case…going to have to take everything apart for the third time. I’m not even sure how to push it out without damaging the top of the ball joints.
  11. RCV + Teraflex = ??

So I found this little Gem… This is for the JKs but I’m fairly sure this is what Teraflex is going to say. I also found a few TJ owners with the same issue.
  12. RCV + Teraflex = ??

that’s a good idea. I’ll have to try it out this weekend I can’t get myself to take it all apart 3 times in 2 days lol
  13. RCV + Teraflex = ??

just about to say that ?
  14. RCV + Teraflex = ??

    been there my friend lol
  15. RCV + Teraflex = ??

Yeah, in no way did I intend on this being a hit on Teraflex I think the ball joints are great plus the lifetime guarantee is clutch. I definitely agree about the mix-match parts, they can’t test all the parts other companies make for our Jeeps against their parts but if that’s the case then...
  16. RCV + Teraflex = ??

Ok so I took everything apart AGAIN… I retorqued the knuckles according to Teraflex instructions again and I still got the same results. I was hoping maybe they were not torqued correctly the first time or maybe my mechanical torque wrench was off so I used my friends insanely expensive digital...
  17. RCV + Teraflex = ??

I’m going to pull the wheels off again today and retorque the castle nuts, I need to find the specs from factory, maybe the Teraflex torque recommendation is off? I followed the instructions…15/55/33. *edit Teraflex specs match factory.
  18. RCV + Teraflex = ??

I would be too. The Teraflex ball joints are great nothing against them just wish the would work better with RCVs. I like them I just don’t want them to rub down the cover to the point then begin to leak. I run 38” Patagonia’s for a combined weight of 125/corner. Kinda heavy but I just use the...
  19. RCV + Teraflex = ??

That’s not something I want to to do often maybe synergy?
