Awesome video! Love seeing these videos of Gladiators getting out an exploring! It really shows people that you don't need to have a crazy rig to get out and do these trails.
Keep them coming! Thanks for sharing!
I'd imagine this is a ticket that you would get dismissed if you fought it and the cop just expects that you won't because you live in a different state. A reasonable person would not be expected to know the intricacies of every law in every state they may ever visit. Most people, including...
The towing capacity for any MT is except the Rubicon/Mojave is 4000 lbs. The Rubicon/Mojave MT's are rated at 4500 lbs There was a clutch plate overheating recall which is what your dealer was referring to. There is no new MT with any updated towing capacity.
Info on Recall...
I can hear the salesman now:
Customer: " Says here it was a lemon buyback, what is that?"
Salesman: "Listen, some people, they just don't know what they want. I'm not supposed to tell you this but this nice old guy came in a few weeks back, saw this Gladiator and had that gleam in his eye...
I take just the front doors off all the time. I might be in the minority but I think the Gladiator actually looks pretty bad completely naked (no top/doors). There is just not enough space behind the rear seats and it looks a little unnatural to me. I saw a picture the other day of a full...
If you have to trim anything on a max tow it would be the mud flap, not the flare. Check out their install videos on YouTube. The way they attach I canāt see how youād have to trim anything on the flare
I thought this too, but the soft top look has honestly grown on me and I wish I had one now. Plus there are only 4 screws that hold the entire soft top on and people have swapped them out with āknobbyā hand screws for easy removal.
I find I mostly just take off the freedom panels on my hardtop...
Iād love to see this as a factory option. Give us options! If you love the V6, get it. Want a Diesel? Here you go! Like to do 4 wheel burnouts? Hereās a Hemi option.
Bought that V6 but want more power? Oh hereās a FACTORY bolt in kit to drop in a V8.
Bring it on!
I hear that. It took me quite a while to get over the sticker shock. I'm no financial advisor, but I'll say that I can't imagine you'd get anyone down far enough on price to make a significant impact on the overall purchase price/payment. If a dealer coming down from 46,000 to 44,000 puts...
Doing a quick nationwide search for used Gladiator Rubicons it looks like that's about a standard discount a dealer is offering on a used one. Personally, at those prices I would just buy a brand new one. You could get a brand new Rubicon for only slightly more. For example, Mac Haik in TX...
Today I made my outboard headrests quickly removable. In an earlier post I discussed how the rear headrests interfered with my kids car seats and that they were kind of a pain to remove. Yesterday I finally received my order for the non locking style center headrest sleeves and installed them...
After having to go through the process of partially disassembling the rear seat backs to remove the outboard rear headrests (they interfered with my kid's car seats) I figured they had to be a better way. Click this Link to goto the post for how to remove outboard rear headrests. Looking at...
I've never towed anything heavy enough to need trailer brakes before but are you implying that in a true emergency stop scenario you are actually reaching for your trailer brake controller knob and turning it up to help stop more quickly? I would think in an actual "emergency" stop scenario...
Allegedly the part numbers are below. Prepare for sticker shock though. You are probably better off getting an aftermarket film and cutting to fit to your liking. There are some discussions on films in the paint and protection forum.
