It's hard to say, but do yourself a favor. On the test ride get on the highway over 40-45 mph and just drive it, you should know the issue in about 2-3 miles, or if you can hook up a trailer and then you should know it in about 1 mile. Mine steering sucks worse while pulling a trailer.

A steering stabilizer is not a fix.. That's a band aid. Properly aligned and designed steering shouldn't need a stabilizer.

I installed my diode into red wire on my C51459 harness and it seems to be good to go. Towed my trailer yesterday and the brakes work great.
