So, is the Mojave level from factory or is there just less rake than the standard ~1.5 inches? The AEV spacer kit is 2 inches front and rear from what I’ve read. I would return the Daystar kit, being that you’re so apprehensive, and get the AEV. The idea of stacking spacers to me just sounds...
I don’t drive on the highway either, so I’m happy with mine during my 50-55mph drives. The only gripe I can come up with is there is some wind noise when the rear top is on and freedom panels off. Wind can’t come in the cab so it skates off of the shade into the hard top and makes an annoying...
I have a Spiderwebshade on with a hard top as well. The freedom panels are a bit more tedious to install, but the shade stretches enough to make it “not so bad”. Fair trade seeing that the shade keeps the sun from making a nice drive unbearable.
I have a work vehicle, so my wife has been in my JT all week.....I guess the proper term is “OUR” JT haha.....She lets me mod the Jeep while still keeping me in check. She’s a pretty good one. I’ll keep her.
My 2 door JK leaked bad when i had it. Even in the rain. I had to put extra seals on both my doors to fix the issue. Many of my friends had the same issues with JKs. I don’t mess with car washes anymore. All hand washes for me. However, direct hits with my hose at home don’t cause any leaks on...
So many different opinions haha I like the ride and tread print of my 35” Toyos at 32PSI. The 36 PSI ride was fine too, but the tread was not flat enough for my liking. Play around with it and find yourself a good ride and flat tread print.
I wish I could have installed mine, but too many variables made me decide to hand the job off. I’ve helped with a couple installs, but with a more experienced gear head at the helm. I’ll do everything smaller, but a lift wasn’t something I wanted to take on haha
My full JKS lift (plus front LCAs) install was $680 labor. That included wheel and tire mount/balance with alignment. As an added bonus, my guy got the lift kit $200 cheaper than I could have bought it.
