I've added Rusty's 1.5" rear spacers and their shock extensions. You can read about it here:
RC 2.5" front with Rusty's 1.5 Rear Spacers
Minor fabrication was required for bump stops.
I tried to replicate the picture from a previous post for comparison. My wife said the truck looked...
After getting the front lifted 2.5", the jeep sat a little high on the front. Since I'm not afraid of a little rake, I chose to lift the rear 1.5". The only kit I could find was from Rusty's Offroad.

The suspension works best when at ride height the...
Absolutely correct, but in this case Its my understanding that the driveshaft isn't an any danger till about 28-29" fully extended. The mopar fox shocks that come with that lift are 26.25, so
26.25"+1.5" = 27.75"
SHOULD be okay. Heavy emphasis on should.
I added the JCR half-rack today to Kassandra. I found a great deal on craigslist from another Gladiator owner, @prayingmantisboy, that had originally purchased the half rack, then later decided he needed a larger rack so I was more than willing to take it off his hands :D
As expected from...
I recently installed Rough Country's 2.5" Leveling Kit on my 2020 JTR. The kit is designed to lift just the front of the truck to equal out the height difference between front and rear or "rake". This allows for bigger tires or just for looks. The kit comes with a 2.5" steel spacer, bump stop...
Installed Rough Country 2.5" level kit to take some of the rake out. Maybe a bit too much, it actually sits 1/2 higher in the front than the rear. If I didn't have the winch, it would be an inch higher. I don't have a phobia about the truck sitting high in the rear, but I do about the truck...
I do like the factory rails, but I wanted the extra protection for the painted flares. The Evos should stop most of the chips from happening. I've seen what rocks can do to the black plastic ones. Mopar does make some rails that look just like the stock rubicon ones but wider. I considered them...
They could be used as a step, however the only stick out about 2" so it would be easy to slip off. They are also tucked up close to the body like the factory rails so they only sit like an inch lower than the door sill.
They are finished with Dulplicolor truck bed lining. I didn't opt for Powdercoat because I want to be able to repair scratches myself.
I changed the title because the Bombers are such a high-quality product I didn't want to turn off people from Northridge or Evo because of one less than...
As a final follow up, Evo drop shipped the mounting brackets nearly as fast as Northridge did. The Rockers are installed and they are awesome. The quality of the fabrication is second to none. The welds are perfect, the bends are perfect, the fit is perfect. Install is easy but time-consuming...
I installed the Evo Bomber Rockers. These things are amazing: Very well built. Very well designed. I really like how they hug the body of the JT. You cannot see the pinch seems because they sit high and tucked in like the factory rails. They mount to both the pinch seems and to the body mounts...
I agree the Mopar steel bumper is the best-looking one. Its a work of art and the aftermarket cannot even come close to the compound curves and complexity involved in its design and construction. I appreciate everyone wanting to make their jeep unique though.
