As far as I know, not re geared. That would be one of the first things I do, as my current JT has 35’s with 3.73’s and 8th gear never happens.
I’m not a huge fan of the 20” wheels either, but they can be changed easily and the 20’s can be sold

There’s 2 2022’s still on a dealer lot near me. They’re both Rubi’s with Manual Trans, but the dealer won’t sell them because of a supposed recall ??

I’ve worn double H for years with zero issues. I am a Steamfitter/Welder, a lot of hot summers in power houses and cold a$$ winters working ammonia on roof tops.. as long as you take care of them, they’ll take care of you
When I push the button to test, nothing happens… I’m going to see if it’s wired into my aux switches ?‍♂️. It’s in the same area as where the wiring for those is at.
