Shackles are actually sized by the diameter of the steel in the bow, with the pin being 1/8” larger diameter than the shackle. A 7/8” shackle has a 1” diameter pin. 3/4” shackle is what you need
Hoist a top. I used to take my Cj-7 top off by myself, but that was 25 years ago, I was a little more stout then. I can lift the gladiator top, but it’s awkward and my arms are a little short.
